Second brain
A second brain that fills itself.
Recolo keeps what you hear, say and read, connects it by people, projects and ideas, and answers when you ask — with the moments it remembered.
Capture without writing anything down
Record a meeting, a call or a thought on a walk. Save an article or a document. Recolo transcribes and reads each one, writes a short brief, and files it beside the people and projects it belongs to. There are no folders to keep and no tags to remember.
A knowledge graph of your life
Every note joins a graph of the people, organisations, topics and ideas in it. Over weeks it becomes a map of what you know: who you talk to about what, which threads keep coming back, and what changed since the last time.

Ask it anything, and check the answer
Ask Brain answers in plain words from your own memory, and shows the exact notes it used so you can open the moment and read it yourself. Ask about one note, one person, one topic or everything you know.
It keeps thinking while you rest
- Ideas it connects across your notes, grounded in what you actually said.
- Reminders from the things you promised, with a tap to put one in your calendar.
- Wellbeing insight — a view of how your days went, from the shape of your conversations.
- The Studio, which writes documents, presentations, LinkedIn posts and designed articles from what you have captured.
Your memory, in the tools you already use
Recolo's MCP connector lets assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT search your second brain when you ask them to, so your own context comes with you. Recolo is on iPhone, on the Mac and on the web. For meetings in particular, see AI meeting notes.
Questions about a second brain
What is a second brain app?
A second brain is a place outside your head that keeps what you hear, read and think, so you can find it again. Recolo builds yours from your conversations, without you having to write notes or file them.
How is Recolo different from a notes app?
You do not write or organise anything. Recolo captures your meetings, calls, voice notes and reading, links them into a knowledge graph by people, projects and topics, and answers questions from all of it with sources.
Can other AI assistants use my second brain?
Yes. Through Recolo's MCP connector, assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can search your notes and read your transcripts when you ask them to.
