AI meeting notes
Meeting notes that write themselves, and remember.
Record the meeting, stay in the conversation. Recolo writes the transcript, the brief and the action items, and keeps every meeting in a memory you can ask later.
In the room and on calls
Put your iPhone on the table for an in-person meeting, or let the Recolo Mac app record a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call. On the Mac it takes your microphone and the call's audio together, so every voice is captured and nobody has to admit a note-taking bot into the call.
Recolo only records when you press start, and it shows that it is recording until you stop. Tell the people in the meeting before you begin.

What you get after every meeting
- A transcript with speakers. Who said what, in many languages, including English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Tamil and Telugu.
- A brief you can read in a minute. Short pointers under the headings that matter for that conversation.
- Decisions and action items. The things you said you would do become reminders, and you can add one to your calendar with a tap.
- A chat with the meeting. Ask anything about it — what was agreed, what someone asked for — and get an answer that points to the moment it came from.
Every meeting, in one memory
Most meeting tools leave you with a folder of transcripts. Recolo connects them. Ask “What did I promise Maya last month?” or “Where did we land on pricing?” and Ask Brain answers from all your meetings at once, with the notes it used beside the answer.
From there the Studio turns what was said into a document, a presentation or a spreadsheet of action items, written from your own meetings rather than a blank page.
Questions about meeting notes
Can Recolo take notes in an in-person meeting?
Yes. Start a recording on your iPhone and put it on the table. Recolo transcribes the conversation and writes the brief, the decisions and the action items when you stop.
Can Recolo record Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls?
Yes, with the Mac app. It records your microphone and the call's audio together, so every voice is in the transcript, without adding a bot to the call.
Does Recolo know who said what?
Recolo separates the speakers in a transcript, recognises your voice and the voices of people you have registered with their consent, and lets you rename any speaker with a tap.
