About Recolo

What is Recolo?

Recolo is a second brain for your conversations. It records your meetings, calls and voice notes, saves the articles and documents you read, and turns all of it into a memory you can ask anything. Every answer shows the notes it came from.

What can I capture with Recolo?

Meetings in a room and voice notes on your iPhone, calls and online meetings on your Mac (your microphone and the call's audio together), and links and documents you want to keep. Each one becomes a note with a transcript, a short brief and its action items.

How does Ask Brain answer questions?

Ask Brain searches everything you have captured and answers in plain words, citing the exact notes and moments it used, so you can open them and check. You can ask about one note, a person, a topic or your whole memory.

Which languages does Recolo understand?

Recolo transcribes conversations in many languages, including English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Bengali, Japanese, Korean, Tamil and Telugu.

Which devices does Recolo work on?

Recolo has an iPhone app, a Mac app for calls and meetings at your desk, and a web dashboard. Your memory is the same everywhere.

Can I use my Recolo memory in Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Recolo has an MCP connector, so assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can search your notes and read your transcripts when you ask them to.

What else does Recolo make from my notes?

Reminders from the things you said you would do, ideas it connects across your notes, a view of how your days went, and in the Studio, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, LinkedIn posts and designed articles written from what you have captured.

Recording and privacy

Does Recolo record all the time?

No. Recolo only records when you start a recording yourself, and it shows that it is recording until you stop. It never listens in the background on its own.

Do the people I record need to know?

Yes, tell them. Recolo is built for conversations where everyone knows a recording is running, and the laws on recording others differ from place to place, so ask before you record.

Who can see my notes?

Your notes are yours. Nobody sees a note unless you share it. How Recolo stores and handles your data is set out in the privacy policy at recolomind.ai/privacy.

Pricing and credits

How much does Recolo cost?

Recolo Lite is ₹1,499 a month in India, including GST, with 1,300 credits a month, and $50 a month everywhere else, with 4,800 credits a month.

What are credits?

Credits measure what Recolo does for you: recording and transcribing, answering questions and making things in the Studio. Each month's credits last two months, so what you do not use carries into the next month.

How do I subscribe?

You subscribe from your Recolo account, on the Credits page of the dashboard, which shows the plan for where you are. In India you can pay by card, UPI or netbanking.
